Are you interesting enough to express yourself in a filmy way?
When you are planning for a unique and cozy stay for a trip, it takes too much effort to search for the right hotel to meet your needs. Especially when you are on a trip with someone special you try to plan it up to the notch in order to take advantage and make that trip a memory to cherish. And this factor worked very well during our South-India trip to Kerala.
During our Kerala tour, we first visited Munnar. A town in the Western Ghats mountain range surrounded by rolling hills dotted with tea plantations. Our stay here was in Silver Tips Resort, whose decor was movie-themed by famous movies handpicked from all over India and the world, leaves you feeling like a Star! This placed was initially a historical theatre with many shooting equipments brought from all over the world. Further it was transformed into this resort. It was renovated into Movie-themed Resort, a perfect remake of the original.
Here in this hotel, every room was themed with each blockbuster feature film which makes you so excited to see which one you get. I was with my wife on this trip and we were very lucky enough to get the evergreen Bollywood film’s theme named “Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge” (DDLJ). I mean who would deny the fact of being lucky to get this film’s theme who himself has a love story in real to happen.
There were many other special themes for all rooms across this hotel resort. Areas other than rooms too had special photo corners and decors of Bollywood and Hollywood themes.
In fact, many of the celebrities stayed here during their shoots. These include Shahrukh Khan, Deepika Padukone & Chennai Express movie team; Director of Life of PI’ movie, etc
